1 c unsweetened almond milk
2 c roughly chopped papaya
¾ c roughly chopped fresh or frozen mango
2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp flaxseed oil
¼ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp finely grated lemon zest
5 drops liquid stevia
1 c ice cubes
BLEND all ingredients in blender on high until smooth and creamy, about a minute. Tweak flavors to taste (you may want more ginger, cinnamon, lemon zest, or sweetener).
